Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel offers a decent experience overall, especially with its proximity to the gondola and heated pool. The dog-friendly policy is a major plus, and the spacious rooms had some nice features, though the service and food experience could use some improvement. Notably, staff training seems lacking, which was disappointing given the hotel's price point.
The hotel offers a solid experience with comfortable, spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere. While the dining options were decent, there were some issues with breakfast service that could be improved. The location is convenient for accessing skiing, but the steep steps can be a challenge. Overall, it's a good option for skiers, especially with the ski valet service, but be prepared for the walk back up after a long day on the slopes.
While the hotel boasts a stunning location and spacious, comfortable rooms, my stay was marred by some service issues and disappointing dining experiences. The shuttle service needs improvement for those with mobility issues, and the breakfast voucher system felt inadequate given the price. Nevertheless, the amenities provided a good level of convenience for our ski trip.
Our stay at The Westin in Mammoth had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and the hotel offered great amenities, such as free parking and pet-friendly policies. However, the room service was disappointing, with housekeeping frequently missing the mark. Additionally, the dining options, while decent, left something to be desired. Overall, it was a mixed experience, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the gondola, making it easy to get to ski areas. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchenette which is a great benefit for families. However, the service could use improvement, particularly at peak times with long waits for check-in and dining. Overall, it's a decent option but not without its drawbacks.
